Our teachers spend time getting to know each child, understanding their needs and abilities, respecting the variation caused by different learning and social abilities, and adapting the level of work and means of communication to the individual child. They act as facilitators and guide the students in their learning to help them become successful learners.

We emphasise on the importance of building positive relationships including student-teacher, parent-child and peer relations and further recognise the importance of mutually rewarding interactions for the healthy development of skills and abilities of young children.
